Welcome to the site of Dr Nikos G. Malliaropoulos. In this site you can find information about our Sports Medicine clinic, the treatments of Sports Injuries that we perform as well as details about our publications and articles in Sports Medicine journals and conferences.

Muscleloskeletal injuries happen very often; not only in athletes, but also in the general population. Sports Medicine mainly offers the conservative treatment of these injuries, in a mechanical way, based on exercises (mechanical stimulation) for the injured tissue.

In our Sports Injury Clinic we offer treatment based on mechanical approach.

Our clinic is also equipped with a Radial Shock wave therapy department. Radial shock wave therapy is an updated therapy method for Sports Injuries especially for tendinopathies, muscle injuries and ligament injuries.

Regarding Spine problems, such as neck and back pain, which are mechanical problems, we treat them according to the McKenzie method.
